RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our purpose is that you feel completely comfortable and beautiful with The Lost Kids items. And on our end we want to be as clear and as transparent as possible with you about our policies. So read carefully about our returns, exchange and refunds terms and if you have any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

Your return choices are:

• Full amount of the product refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method, you’ll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete (Your IBAN is needed in that case).

• Exchange with another design. Just choose any other available design from our collections and proceed to the exchange. In order to avoid any sold out upon the return arrival we suggest you contact us to reserve your new pick. In that case just email us at info@thelostkidsclothing.com or give us a call at +30 26340-27634

Once everything is set then….

Pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it within 14 business days of receiving your orders (for Greece) or 30 business days (for Europe). You are free to use any postal service you prefer. Please bear in mind that shipping charges are on you.

If, despite all of our quality checks, there is a slight defect with your product, you will also be reimbursed for the shipping cost. In this case please don’t forget to get in touch via email and attach a picture of the defective item – we will do our best to provide you the best service possible!

As soon as we receive it we’ll proceed to the fulfillment of your request within 15 business days. Once it’s completed we’ll send you a confirmation email to inform you about.

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and that
the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip.

Delivery Cost

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
The courier choice is yours, otherwise you can contact us for any assistance needed.

EXCEPTION NOTE:

Some special Sales or Clearance offers may be labeled as non-refundable.
In that case you may not proceed on the above return instructions, so be aware of your order’s conditions when proceeding. In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address in the original order.
We suggest consulting our Sizes so as to be guided enough on the best choice for you.
