ONE BODY. TOO MANY VERSIONS OF ME.

How many pieces of yourself have you left behind just to become someone others could understand?

The Persona Balloon Sweatpants feature a distorted stencil portrait, a familiar face broken into something almost unrecognizable. The exaggerated balloon silhouette adds another layer of distortion, turning the human form into a playful contradiction.

Part of the Shadow Selves collection, the piece explores the fragmentation of identity — κατακερματισμός του εαυτού — and the countless ways we divide ourselves to survive, belong, and be loved.

A little of ourselves for the people we please. Another piece for the expectations we inherit. Another for the person we pretend to be.

Until one day, we look in the mirror and wonder which fragments were ever truly ours.

But perhaps becoming whole doesn’t mean returning to who we used to be. Perhaps it means gathering all those scattered selves, including the uncomfortable ones, and allowing them to exist together.

After all, even a distorted reflection is still a reflection.
